I joined Illustrate at the tail-end of 2015, working in their customer support team. Since then I’ve got stuck into learning all that I can about WordPress and development (particularly frontend). Having been a self-confessed novice back in 2015, I now spend my time at Illustrate building and maintaining websites for all sorts of industries and have also won two private clients in as many months on a freelance basis, since setting up as a freelancer in addition to the work I do with the agency.
